The yacht was wonderful as too was the scenery but what really made the trip was Tino. He was exceptionally polite, knowledgeable and professional. His sailing skills are second to none. He took great pride in his job and the boat that he was in control of. He even caught a fish for us and was explaining to my young son in great detail all about Maltese fish – not to mention all sorts of details along the way. Dear David, I would like to drop you a line highlighting our much enjoyable experience during our sailing boat charter last Tuesday. The day started with very light wind but then had favourable windy conditions late afternoon on our way back. So, being relatively a first ‘full’ sailing boat experience for us we had a great time on board. However, I (we) must admit that it was Tino who made the day for us. His unwavering interest and intensity with which he addresses all boating/seamanship issues are second to none. His ease of hands-on approach together with his personality made our day one to remember. Not to mention that the boat was spotless clean and in best shape. Hats off to Tino. We spent the day sailing on a lovely 43 foot sailing boat which we rented from Sailing Charters Malta Ltd for our Private Yacht Malta Charter event. The Skipper for the day was David who is also the owner. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. The boat was in perfect condition; clean from top to bottom & everything was in perfect working order. David made our trip one to remember. His expertise and friendliness throughout the trip made it the perfect day out. I am an American Citizen temporarily living in Malta and have chartered a sailing boat twice with Sailing Charters Malta (Jeanneau 32, Beneteau 43). Sailing Charters Malta is an excellent boat & yacht charter service that i would strongly recommend to anyone wishing to experience Malta, Gozo, or Comino in a private setting from the beautiful Mediterranean. The service is very punctual and responsive to initial inquiries and specific requirements of the client. For both of my Malta Charters, the Captain was the Owner / Operator of the boat and were very technically qualified with life knowledge and experience sailing the Maltese Islands. Having exposure to boat ownership and operation in the United States, I would describe both of the boats that i chartered to be in impeccable condition. I would like to close with a special Thank you to David for the excellent day and memories with my parents who are visiting Malta to celebrate their 50th Wedding Anniversary.
